Company ProfileWe develop and provide computer navigation and pilotage systems. Navitrom is the first company to chart the Channel Islands Pilotage marks on Computer. Our Pilotage data (stored on CD) operates with Navmaster Software and ARCs charts. We also integrate marine hardware and marine software supply complete computerised navigational systems. As the Channel Islands agents for PC Maritime, we can supply the complete range of PC Maritime Products. Our Sales are primarily through Channel Island "Key Resellers" The company consists of Captain Frank Lawrence and Adrien Merhet. Frank has been involved in marine pursuits for most of his life. Starting as able seaman, working his way up to become Captain, working at first for the British Railway ships that brought supplier into the Channel Islands, and then on to become a local Pilot. Frank was also 2nd cox'n in the Lifeboat. After retiring from the Pilots, Frank taught pilotage to sea captains, and is now on the board of examiners for captains taking their licence test for Jersey Waters. Adrien has provided all the computer knowledge for the development of the Pilotage Systems and is involved in the integration and installation of systems on board vessels.
