Nestling in the heart of Jersey's most beautiful bay is the Chateau Valeuse Hotel. Set back from the often bustling seafront, yet with commanding coastal views, the Chateau Valeuse was once the summer residence of the famous Viscomte de St. Juste and is ideal for anyone drawn to the natural beauties of this part of the Island. A warm welcome from proprietors Tom and Mary Jordan and the staff of the hotel awaits visitors who are seeking a smaller, family run hotel, which manages to combine a friendly and informal ambience with the high quality service expected from a hotel of our standard. Our Egon Ronay recommended restaurant has a local reputation for excellent food and a fine wine cellar. The Table d'Hote menus provide guests with a choice of Continental and English dishes, or there is an extensive A La Carte menu which reflects the classical cuisine which has made the Chateau Restaurant so popular. Guests can enjoy a pre-dinner drink in the comfortable Tudor Bar. During the day, drinks and snacks are available in the lounge, on the south facing terrace, or in our award winning garden. The garden has many features for you to explore at your leisure; from the profusion of colour in the rose garden to the lazy shade of the giant weeping willow, experience the romance of the pergola or play a round or two on our putting green. In short we endeavour to cater for your every requirement. The hotel is open from early April until mid October so why not consider a Spring/Autumn break.
